At Wild Tribute, we understand that allowing kids to engage and interact with our environment is an important first step in helping them appreciate the beauty of the outdoors. This year, our partnership with the Intermountain Natural History Association and Dinosaur National Monument is allowing us to assist in rewriting and publishing their Junior Ranger book.
The Junior Ranger program is an exciting first step in immersing a child in the responsibilities we all share in taking good care of our open spaces. After completing activities and noting their results in the book, the Junior Ranger candidate reviews the information with a Park Ranger. Upon successful review and reciting a pledge to be a good park steward, the child is awarded with an official Junior Ranger badge to display proudly. How cool is that?
